Pre-Order Cancelation
Most items are highly allocated at this time and when you pre-order an item we lock that product in for you. Many times when we sell out of a pre-ordered item we turn other collectors away as the product has been committed to you. We do not guarentee that you will get an item before you see it in a store, no one can do that. However we do commit our allocation to you. Because of this any cancellation of a pre-order will result in ALL PRE-ORDERS BEING CANCELED IN OUR SYSTEM.
